I wish I could give Espres a negative score. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience for my mom and I on Mother's Day. We went in for pedicures and the girl doing my mom's nails was inexperienced and did a horrible job - spilling the nail polish bottle on her own lap, cutting my mom's cuticles to the point that they were bleeding and sore for days afterwards, leaving hot towels on her legs until they were ice cold, etc. We paid full price and tipped well, but went back a couple days later to try and get our money back, as we were not happy with the experience or the way our nails turned out. The owner told my mom he would sue her if she told people she had a bad experience and refused to give her our money back. He was disrespectful telling her she's the kind of person that goes into restaurants causing problems . Our family has owned a business for over 30 years and would NEVER treat a customer this way. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
