They won't give us new keys for the pools, the new keys have been out for 2 years, they never gave us the referral bonus for having people move in... it's been over a year, and we've had so many conversations about it, yet when I called to ask about it again, the manager of the complex said she had no idea we were ever waiting on one and needed to know the details all over again... still no payment! There maintenance crew is very nice, and once they decide to fix something they do it right, it's just getting them out there to fix it. A lot of times they say they never got the request, will then what's the point of filing a request on line? Our air conditioner has been broken every single summer for the last 4 years, they come and fix it at least 2 times a year! All I can say is don't move in, it's a headache... and once you're in, out of convenience, you end up staying...
