When is someone going to do something about all of the criminal activity at the Rebel gas stations around Las Vegas? I work near the location at 208 East Tropicana and it is non-stop criminal activity which the Rebel invites by selling $1 beer and offering penny slots to violent vagrants like the tall, red-haired ex-con with glasses who always hangs around the front door and almost killed a senior citizen in 2013. There is drug dealing in the parking lot during the day and at least one police action daily breaking up altercations inside and outside the store. These places are a public health threat. Some locations have armed guards but most don't. There are probably 30 locations in Vegas and I would say at least 100 customers, employees and vagrants get injured or killed there a year. You won't know about it, though, because the local press hides these stories because it's "bad for tourism." Here's a Rebel-related death that did make the paper but the reporter didn't name the company (Rebel): http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/north-las-vegas-worker-found-dead-saturday-identified
