Still here as of 4.10.18. Changes in office management have occurred. I've received mis information regarding carpet replacement. At one point I was advised the replacement would be free & to expect them out to change carpet that week. I followed up to confirm & the same woman who said no charge, said no, manager didn't approve. So why tell me they did? She seemed to have no knowledge or recollection of our prior conversations which made for a frustrating experience. Turns out to replace the carpet I have to pay $500.00. Not a problem since damages to carpet are my fault & this comes at my request, however it would have been nice to work with someone who was competent from the beginning of the fiasco. Three stars for current experience. Old staff seems to have left, these new girls have slight attitudes & seem indifferent. Overall, still recommended as I continue to reside there.
