needed some roof maintenance done on a 4plex I own in north las vegas
had some small leaks with last few storms, not sure what was issue
I had roof redone with membrane a few years ago, so leaking should not have occurred
Todd, the owner, came out personally and walked the roof with me
He pointed out that the roof membrane was a good product, but that the roofers who installed were not real familiar as to how to install properly. They did not use right sealing materials around the vent pipes and roof mounted AC units. This caused some deterioration and allowed rain to leak in.
He was able to get his crew out to do repairs for me quickly.
No issues since then.....keeping my fingers crossed!
in any case, Todd was very honest in his assessment, didn't try to bad mouth other roof company, just pointed out what was done wrong. No push to upsell or tell me I needed to redo whole thing. Very good on price and workmanship. Work was done as promised.
He did point out I would need to redo drip edging eventually, the other roofers Mickey Mouse'd that too....ugh....but said it wasn't 911, just should be done to prevent damage
will have Todd and his guys out again to fix that soon
