I wanted to like my most recent visit to the store.
I had not been back in 3 years, since I bought a Cuisinart Coffee maker, returned it and it was never taken off my charge.
I was on an expedition for a special outfit for a wedding. I was truly hoping someone would help me. No one did. In fact, the one clerk who made contact with me, was waiting for me to put a skirt back, when I pulled it off the rack to see it. She was only interested in keeping the clothes in order. She never even greeted me.
I also wanted to buy a robe, but the 2 clerks had tunnel vision and were taking forever with two customers they were waiting on.
I left the store. Very, very poor service. I will never go back. Chicos and Talbots will get my business from now on. And a final note on pricing, the nightgown on the rack for 52.00, was 22.00 at Kohls today.
