Grainger has a big selection of industrial items and things you can't find elsewhere. My one trip to this location just to pick up an online order took over 15 minutes. The employees were off chatting and not really paying attention to people at the pickup counter. Ended up talking to other customers who had also been waiting for a while and had no idea who was supposed to help them.
