I just want to take a moment and thank our local Tesla dealership with this review. It's been a long coming. Mike, the service advisor, boy a boy does he bring class. It's worth to buy a Tesla just to experience their level of service. You're not just a client here, if they need to keep the doors open a little longer for you to get there, they will. They sent a "ranger" who fixed my door handle in my own garage!!! I stopped by the dealership, showed them the door handle (I had broken, I think) and their response was go home and a ranger will be there in an hour. Are you serious?!?
I mean yes you can argue that an expensive car dealership should provide good service, just take your Mercedes or Lexus in for an oil change, then go experience the Tesla service...
