DO NOT use this company to list/sell your house. I've never wanted to give zero stars but if it were a possibility I would then ask if I can give negative stars. I repeat...DO NOT USE Madison Flat Fee to list/sell your house! In all seriousness, they have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Nan and Paul are extremely rude, insulting, and belittling both in email and over the phone (if you are lucky enough to get anyone to answer). So why such a bad review? They do not look out for your best interest, they basically push you to accept the first offer that you receive. Why? Probably because they don't want to negotiate with more than one buyer. They charge a flat fee regardless of workload so it benefits them for you to accept the first offer. And they are horrible communicators. Here's the kicker, PLEASE READ: they went as far as to "hide" offer(s) from us. We received multiple offers within a week of listing the home and we know of one offer that they did not pass along for our consideration. Oh, but it did come through AFTER another decision deadline passed. Convenient, right? Please do not use this company. If anything, only use them for listing and NOT for negotiation/selling.
