A few days before Christmas I went to the carwash and got in line for the $4.95 car wash only, which included drying at the time. There was an attendant there at the pay kiosk who offered me 5 washes for the price of 4 in a handy coupon book. A few days after I bought it, a sign went up offering a car wash for $3.00. I figured it must be a lesser service wash, perhaps without drying. When I visited today and attempted to use my coupon, I asked the attendant, who told me that the $3.00 was was indeed just that, no dry. I gave him my coupon and went in. After I got through the wash tunnel I was directed to a lane where I thought I was going to get dryed. An attendant told me "we don't dry any more". I left the line and went inside to verify this, and was told that they do not dry any more for the $4.95 car wash. Okay, I think this was a ripoff and after I spend my remaining coupons, I will not be back. Do they think they are the only car wash in Mesa? So sad.....
