I've never been treated so poorly by a company that I am providing business to. The answers to all my questions were met with annoyance by the people there; and they made me prepay for my entire job "estimate" so that when they adjusted it up because of material selection, I had no choice by then but to take the quote for exactly as it was given to me or lose my original 6k estimate payment. Mostly if they seemed grateful for the work I could respect it, but they all act like they're doing me a favor. Every person there I spoke to and there have been about 5 of them, it must be the culture there.
