Due to personal changes in 2017 I just had to cancel my membership at Planet Fitness. I have to say over the years I have belonged to many larger gyms in our travels for employment, but never have I met a gym manager as wonderful as ALVIN.
He has been immediately responsive to any maintenance issue, suggestion, or question I have ever bugged him with . LOL. He never made me feel like I bugged him though and always responded with a kind and friendly attitude.
He is always on the floor helping his staff move equipment to mop under,
Checking out cleanliness and I have even seen him mop when needed.
He is the best customer service representative I have ever met. I will miss going there to have him greet me by my first name as soon as I walked in.
I felt like a celebrity.
The gym is inexpensive ($10 for my monthly plus annual), equipped with everything most people need to work out. Always clean, many tvs to watch, Courteous staff, and the ever present tootsie roll treats to give yourself a little reward for showing up. Loved Planet Fitness and will miss it !!!
