Beware this company is deceptive in its business practice- I had a flood in my house - I called my insurance co who stated that they had other clients who used Water wind and fire and where "happy"- 1 st after 4 days of drying out my house -which it wasn't - they just wanted to go ahead and start tearing apart the house when I asked "Lynn" the owner or manager( we couldn't get an answer as to who he is) for a quote for the damage , what materials would be used to rebuild the damage areas - he looked like he bite into a bad apple and with in 2 hrs removed all of the drying equipment even though his employee was telling me the walls where still wet . He never returned our call for estimate . We had smashed lamp ( which we informed Dallas about from the get go) They tried to charge my insurance company for work that was never done. PLEASE DO YOURE Research this company is dirty.
