After my previous review both my mother and I were contacted by the Manager Ryan who was very apologetic about what had happened and offered to pay to for the screen repair on my mother's tablet. He also went out of his way to drive to Chandler on his day off to get a new screen's for both our tablets. My mother and I are very happy to have our tablets back and thankful to Ryan for going out of his way to help us fix these problems in a timely manner. I hope we don't have any more issues with our tablets but if we do we know where to take them.
