As the other reviewer said below the gel manicure/pedicure deal with Groupon was also not a good experience for me. It took several weeks to get in with Carole and then the experience was not anything compared from other places I've tried. I liked her but the pedicure was short and I didn't feel like the effort was put in like other pedicures I've received. Barely a massage and not enough callus removing. My toe polish has stayed on though. The gel manicure was very disappointing. It chipped within a few days and the polish was very uneven. I called and mentioned what happened and was given only one option for an appointment which I could not do during work hours. I was told that was all she had open for a long time and nothing they could do. So that left me going somewhere else and spending more money. I will not be returning for that service unfortunately.
