I went to Mitchell's on a recommendation from a Cleveland local, and I have to say, it was worth the trip. I got the blue cotton candy ice cream with peanut butter and fudge [Odd combinations seem to be a good way to test out a new place.], and for about $5, the portion was huge, and the quality was enough to convince me that I have to return to a Mitchell's at some point. On top of that, the staff was friendly and inviting - excellent for a casual ice cream stop after dinner!
I'm not sure if this holds for the other locations, since I notice that there are a few Mitchell's establishments throughout Cleveland.
