Extremely disappointed after today. I last minute decided to get my nails done so I just did a walk in. I've gone here the past 4-5 times I've gotten my nails done and loved it. Today though, my nail tech rushed through my nails and when I got home I noticed a few were messed up. There's a noticeable bump in the middle of one of my nail which I can't tell if it's from lack of filling it or what it is. Another I can still see some of the polish from my last set of nails which she didn't fully remove. The biggest problem I had today was the fact they charged me $5 for shaping my nails, even tho I already had them coffin shaped and got them the same shape this time. Apparently they said it's because she shortened my nails and had to fully "reshape" them which I completely disagree with because they look the same as they did before lol. I should've refused to pay it because she never told me about it or made me aware I would get charged before she shortened my nails. Not sure if I will come back again. It's pretty far from my house and I'm very upset about the lack of quality and time spent this time. I feel like it was a waste of my money which I hate to say because the last few times I got my jails done there, I had no issues.
