I have been happy renting from a property (Scottsdale Springs). Love the location and am fine that the place has had no updates since it was built. However, there system that tracks your account is NOT accurate and does not recognize when you ave paid in advance. It has never been fixed. It is annoying getting messages that state you are late with your rent when you are actually 1 month ahead. Secondly, I have had a leaking air conditioner for weeks. Don never showed up on a day I had a friend watch my place..He waited until 5 PM. I ave reached out several times with NO response. This is simply a demonstration of lack of respect. I ave called, used text, and left maintenance messages on the portal. If you want responsive landlords I am not sure that a property managed by Sureway is the route to take. On top of that they carge me $200 for lease renewal - REALLY?
