They will send out Consolidated Mechanical Contractors, and once Felipe arrives he will do absolutely nothing, but tell you your unit is working fine even when the house is registering 95!!!!. I have never in my life worked with such inept people. Brandon is the person manning the phones at the office, and I must say he was polite. Unfortunately this company is bought and sold by "AMERICAN HOME OWNERS INSURANCE" company. Even if you get a second opinion AHS won't do a thing to remedy the situation at hand.
