I really despise this company and their sneaky rate changes and general trickery. Today I noticed that my bill went up $5. I called to ask why and they told me they sent out a message on the last bill asking me if I wanted to keep my same rate, i never saw this message, who reads the bill. let's face it the only time we really look at it is when the price changes. So basically I have to pay $5 more because I didn't opt in to keep my rate. Who in the right mind wouldn't want to keep their rate?? Why would they even send out a question like that? It's a trick that traps people into higher fees. she even admitted that most people didn't see it, they have received a lot of calls about it. I hate COX
