I have to agree with other posters about how bad this store is - really disappointing because Eglinton and Yonge needs a good grocery store. One reviewer states that the produce is fresh. That's not my experience. I won't buy produce there because of how old it is. I also don't agree that it is the shoppers who cause the problem. Given the long waits, the indifferent service and the lack of assistance from staff throughout the store, I think the customers remain pretty calm. I have walked out a few times having waited so long in line I just couldn't take it any more. The worst counter is the Customer Service where you are treated as if you are invisible. I so hope that this store will be replaced with a higher quality grocer (Loblaws? Sobeys?).
