Overall: Ok
Inova is a nice looking apartment located a stone's throw from the new medical school and the Cleveland Clinic. It is generally located for those in the medical field, but not walking distance to anything else. That fact made it seem alittle isolated to me.
The building had a modern and open design, which was nice but did little for me personally. The apartments were the standard small cookie cutter type. The most off putting thing is there is a daycare on the first floor of part of the building....not sure how loud that is....
The best amenitie was the roof top sky deck. It has a very nice, but has a lacking view of the medical school construction.
The immediate area was a bit shady with random people in the parking lot.
Overall, it seemed like a decent place to live, esspecially if proximity to the hospital is most desirable.
