I've been to this location a few times now and have had mixed experiences. They have a wide menu selection, lunch specials, and daily specials. There's something for everyone, even vegetarians! The cheesesteaks are generally consistent and very authentic so I'll keep coming back for the sandwiches, but I agree with some reviewers that the cheese is often pretty skimpy. Also, I have never had an appropriately cooked order of fries. Pretty disappointing because they have so much potential if they were cooked well.
I also find the service and atmosphere to be a bit lacking. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff by giving them my business, never fun. The staff always has their phone out and it feels like a buddy hangout more than team members providing customer service.
