Nothing but empty promises.... I waited over a month before I reviewed this "company" in hopes I'd hear back from someone ~ anyone, but as expected...nothing. The sales rep that came over to our rental house, Jeff Akin is a smooth talker & makes empty promises. We specifically asked if the movers would unhook our washer & dryer from the rental & hook it back up. Of course, he said "Yes". Moving day, we were told it was against their policy...of course, Jeff wasn't there & the crew literally could care less that we were told otherwise. We got a call a few days before the move telling us we'd be notified when the truck left the office so we'd know when to expect them & that they'd be in touch throughout the entire moving process. Sounds great, right? Didn't happen. Another empty promise. When a piece of glass from our hunch got broken, even though I specifically told him that some of the glass panels were loose and to be extra careful, he then yelled at me saying the hutch was defective and it wasn't their fault & they weren't paying for it. At the end of the move, were told someone would be coming over to measure & replace the glass. This was March 24th & today is May 5th. We never got a follow up call on the move itself nor have we ever heard from anyone about fixing our glass. Yet another empty promise. We measured the glass, went to Lowe's & got it replaced the next day already knowing we'd never hear from anyone there again. Although we did get a generic survey via email that we deleted. We moving less than 5 miles away & we noticed more damage after they left ~ thank goodness we didn't use them when we moved from back East!
