I currently live in Broadstone Trevi apartments and it has been one of the worst places I've ever lived. Among many many problems I've had with the staff and the apartment itself - there is one incident that I would like to highlight in particular. We live on the ground floor, recently we had a leak coming from the light fixture in our master bedroom closet. Things happen and I understand that but it took them four days to fix the problem. Not only that, the leak left an awful smell and I had to call to ask if they would also remove the smell. Mind you, this smell was apparent from the beginning. Furthermore, the leak happened again less than a month later. This time the water soaked my husbands clothes and all of my keepsakes that I had from my daughters baby shower. When they came in to look at the leak they didn't even offer to put a bucket under the leak. They just left it dripping. It was beyond frustrating the lack of professionalism and care that was taken in both situations.
