the only good thing at estrella nails on bell next to ace is the facials. other than that they are racist against black people. they refused to treat them i overheard the vietnamese saying they dont like black people saying give them to the white ladys also the owners daughter said i look scary and the receptionist carmen is always cussing yelling saying shes going to fuck people up always trying to fight in front of customers i hated it the worst place ive ever been. also they dont wash there tools they reuse them on customers and i found out the nail tech laura does not have a liscence. good luck people. have fun there cuz i know i wont ever go there again and i know for a fact i looked in to this they reuse there paraffin wax on all the customers so if u get an std get sick or die or any other desiease u now know why. i am trying to get in contact with az state board of cosmatology for tgis its an abomonation. also state board ranked this shop and the owner don unsatisfactory.
