I've been coming here for over 10 years and have witnessed this practice spiral downwards into the disorganized and incompetent mess it is today. I started coming here and saw Dr Devore until 2 years ago. My hygienist was Dean until just recently. A corporation bought out this practice and then the dentists Troubough and Devore were eventually out. The staff turnover is so high now that it is someone new behind the counter every 6 months I would come here. They consistently mess up bills - my family members and friend who comes here has had several issues with that. You see the dentist only once a year - even if you have a cleaning every 6 months. Dentist spends about 2 minutes with you. 2. Minutes in a year to ensure your dental health. Just last week they canceled an appointment I set 6 months ago at the last minute - okay, a few hours beforehand - because they forgot that the hygienist doing my cleaning moved to another location months ago . I get a call at work from someone named Sonia who unapologetically tells me I can either come In 2 hours early or my appointment is canceled because the hygienist i use has moved on. You couldn't figure that out a little sooner than 3 hours before my appointment? Other times all they can offer is the most lame explanations for canceling on me last minute - all of this after the appointment was made 6 months ago and they send you a text message confirmation and postcard and leave you a voicemail. It's sad what happened to this place since it was bought out by the dental corporation. It's a mill now and none of the employees stay long enough to care. All this trouble to get my teeth looked at for a mere 2 minutes by the dentist who probably wouldn't even know I was his patient if I had to share an elevator ride with the guy. I found a new dentist who is high rated and the staff at his office seems organized professional and patient. Sorry for what became of town center dental - you've seen better days.
