Many negatives here:
1) Prices are very high, unless you have a huge account and special pricing they are not competitive with other metal sellers in the area.
2) They are not locally owned this is a corporate store with headquarters in CA. If you want to shop locally go to American Metals much better prices and customer service.
3) Customer service is non existent. I'm guessing this is because everyone hates their jobs because upper management is a bunch of a-holes and this is reflected down to the customer.
4) The computer system they use to ring up sales is soooo slow, I can't believe they are still using a system where you have to type for two minutes to enter in one product. The most basic retail system would be better than this,
5) Always long lines (see above)
6) Takes forever to get a order filled in the warehouse There are 20 idiots with hardhats driving forklifts around but for some reason it take an hour to get one piece of metal cut.
