After learning that my stylist was no longer working at this salon I was sad, but hearing from the management and stylists why she'd left (their tall tale sounding version anyway) I was pretty much appalled.
The only reason I gave Rolf's business was because Brandy was there and to think after nearly ten years of her doing amazing work, increasing their profits, she gets spoken about the way she was by management?....to CUSTOMERS??
Yikes...
I'll give my business to more tactful people.
