Do I believe that the customer is always right? No. I do believe that if you feel you have a case, you can discuss the issue with upper management to help resolve the issue. I want to thank everyone and especially the owner for helping me out with my order. Their response time was prompt and courteous given how busy they are with the recent tragic events.
