This is the worst place you could ever decide to move into. They say they have 'controlled access' with the gate, but in almost 2 years of living there, I had to use my access card TWICE. Random people are always walking in and out. A girl got carjacked at gunpoint IN THE PARKING LOT because of it. The maintence crew sucks. One of the guys actually flagged me down one day to set up a time to come fix my flooding bathroom (Yeah, it flooded 8 TIMES AND LEFT MOLD IN THE SHOWER) and that day, he spent 25 minutes downstairs smoking a cigarette with the guy that lived right next door. Uh okay? The office constantly gives you the runaround whenever you call to get an issue resolved and when you FINALLY get to talk to the manager, she never has any idea what's going on. It's HORRIBLE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
