I was kinda disappointed with Rock Bottom's lunch spread. We've eaten dinner here before and were happy with the service and food. We didn't want to wait for a long service so we opted for bar seating. I was surprised to see such an abbreviated lunch menu. Of course, they were out of the shrimp po boy I wanted, will have to come on another day for that. I went with the chicken spinach flatbread while the bf went for the Tuscan pasta. We waited for a little while but, were brought hot food. I found the chicken spinach flatbread bland and very dry, I think this would be solid lunch food if it came with some sauce or dip. The olive oil by itself does not cut it. The Tuscan pasta was a lite pasta with diced tomatoes, had a mild but, good flavor.
I doubt I'll come back and order the lunch specials at Rock Bottom, best to stick to the actual entrée options and brews. Cheers!
