Wish it could be 2 1/2 stars. In town for business and the Hilton was the "overflow" hotel from the conference. The good: *The Lobby Ambassador James is amazing. There is no way on earth you can't be happy around this man. Beautiful soul. * Location was good and central to everywhere we needed to be. * Most of the staff was very professional and friendly. * Comfy bed * Spacious room *Decent, free wi-fi * Good area for using a computer/printing *Huge bath towels The not-so-good: * Super thin walls. This is a deal breaker for me. Not only could I hear my neighbors through the wall (sounding like Charlie Brown's teacher) but I could hear them intelligibly through the bathroom vent. Very strange. * The ceiling creaks. Loudly. This is the strangest thing. I was on the top floor and the ceiling creaked often. A couple times it woke me up. * All the TV channels didn't work. In fact, most of them didn't. The hotel tried to fix but couldn't so they did comp me some room service. *Someone prior to me had opened the mini bar and it was left open. I didn't realize until my last night.Everything was knocked over and the unit was warm. Overall, lots of things seem slightly dated.
