These outlets are better than the south premium outlet mall. It's outdoors so keep that in mind for summer, but the shops are higher end than the south outlet mall. There is Burberry, dolce and gabbana, Kate spade etc. Food options isn't that great but there is a Cheesecake Factory. By comparison, the south outlet (trust me I go there all the time cos I live nearby) also has nicer shops but aren't as high end. There is a coach, Michael kors but you can find all that and more in the north outlet anyway. The plus side is the south outlet is indoors (a little cramped and dark though in my opinion) and has more food options around the area. Both have great sales going on all the time. Either way I'd choose the north outlet if you want a nicer experience and the south outlet if you don't care if it's a little dingier and just want to shop.
