Terrible customer service stay away. Posts misleading advertisements on their site to lure customers in while car is sold. Me and my brother went in looking to purchase a vehicle, salesman refused to let us test drive a used vehicle and wanted a commitment to purchase before allowing a test. How does that make sense?? his terms were no finance and commitment to buy today and unless those terms were met he refused to further show us the vehicle. Guess they are only looking for high rollers who pay cash without looking. I immediately laughed and told him if I wanted to do that I would simply goto bmw down the street. Selling 2007 bmws for 20k treating like his cars are worth over 100k. Never been more disrespected in my life.
