First Impressions made the process painless for repairing an annoying broken gate I had been dealing with for years!. I was thrilled that the tech was able to come out quickly to measure and gave me lots of great ideas for a replacement gate. I appreciated him giving me ideas of what I needed and I did not feel the sales pressure I have felt from other companies. He also informed me my door swung the opposite way it should according to code and they installed the new door correctly. My new gate is beautiful, opens and shuts with ease and quietly. Everybody I dealt with from the sales person to the installer was polite, informative, timely and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company to everyone and am looking forward to using them for an iron entry at my house!
