Mmmmm delicious macarons! I always pass by this café, but never stop in. With all the construction going on King St. W, it also makes it harder to walk around this area at times.
I was curious yesterday and craving something sweet. I wanted to try out their macarons and I'm so happy that I did!
I got the pistachio and blueberry cream cheese macarons. They both had a really nice texture; crunchy, fluffy, and soft on the inside. I also like that they weren't too sweet. The pistachio is popular, and I can see why. While both were good I preferred the pistachio macaron more. The pistachio flavour comes through nicely. At $2.50 each they are reasonable for macarons, but still an expensive treat. Next time I want to indulge in something sweet I know where I'm going.
