This is honestly the worst hospital we have been to, and as a healthcare provider myself, I am ashamed of how awful the service was.
I took my boyfriend to the ER and had about one hour of actual doctor consultations and tests and waited an overall of four hours in the room with no one coming in to check up on us frequently.
Medications take a ridiculously long time to even be processed and we had to wait about two hours in the room before we even got them. Medication is supposed to be given at scheduled times but the nurses either came in much later or we had to go find a nurse to help us.
The post op nurse is horrendous. You would hope that after surgery, you wouldn't have to deal with anymore stress, but she undermined the pain that her patient had and when we asked for a different nurse or doctor, she refused us our request and then proceeded to hide her name tag when we asked her what her name was. Awful.
While we did have a few great nurses and doctors, the many horrible ones deter us from ever wanting to come back
We are never coming here again and we would not recommend coming here. It should honestly be shut down.
