Most of the food is ok. The cooking staff are unprofessional. Watched chef use tongs to pick up garbage from floor than put it in his gloved hand and use that same hand with garbage to re stack plates. Found a finger nail in oatmeal, but manager said oh he doesn't think someone would be cutting their nails over the oatmeal. Really that's your answer! Cafe is closed for remodel but I would pass on this buffet.
