I've been in a lot of pain lately, and desperate for relief! Went to my primary doc for a chiropractic referral, and was told that it would take up to 6 weeks, which is not acceptable. So, I googled local chiropractors only to be quoted upwards of $95 for the initial consult. I somehow accidentally came across The Joint, and recalled driving by it on my way to and from work down Charleston. After reading a few reviews, I decided to swing by Boca Park on my way home (I live near Red Rock, super convenient). No appointment necessary, and only a $29 introductory offer!
After filling out my paperwork, I was seen almost immediately. The doctor listened very well, and had an immediate knowledge of both my issue and treatment plan. My adjustment gave me some immediate relief, but I know will need further work for total improvement and health maintenance. That said, I jumped on the discount plan they offer because I know for a fact my insurance copayments will end up costing me a lot more. Not only that, but any additional adjustments beyond the 4 included per month are only $10, and I can even use my included visits at any of the California locations. I travel about 2000 miles per month to and from, which further exacerbates my pain, and was happy to see that there is a location in Eastvale along my route if needed.
Before I left I was given clear follow up instructions (homework), so there were no questions. I feel very comfortable with the level of service I received today, and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care.
