Well I left with acrylic still on my skin I had to ask for a new filer, as the one that was being used was crackled and dull. they did not have any new ones. She started to buff my nails I had to stop her and grab the filer to try and lift the acrylic from my skin and nails and to even them out.... Polish time. she missed the sides completely and put a top coat that was so thick and streamy it looks disgusting on my nails. I see why they make you pay first, work is really shitty. If this is your profession take pride in your work and final work product!!
