I don't know how this place makes business. The location is pretty hidden (upstairs of a laundromat) and is surrounded by better restaurants. Went here with a friend at around 8pm on a Thursday night, it was totally empty. Pho was average here and slightly overpriced for a small bowl of noodles. I don't know... I can't really see a vietnamese joint being a "bistro", vietnamese food needs to be authentic and cheap
