The buffet at Main Street used to be great. But last year I stopped going there because of their employees violating sanitation procedures.
Seen pizzaz made by bare hands and proceed to touch utensiles that the public touches without washing their hands.
The same with omlet cooks. They use gloves but touch towels that are soiled.
Therw ar other issus but the Food and Beverage Director or GM David rather than correcting it they retaliated against me.
But I must say, there are few old timers and good people that work at front desk and casino. Be aware of video poker machines as they are set for suckers and others.
