Nicole was great! Easily the fastest/most efficient brow & lip wax experience I have ever had, and my brows look great. I got in a few minutes early and was done about two minutes into my appointment time.
Could not believe the traffic near Silk though, even in the early afternoon! Well worth the drive from Berea, but wish it was closer. I'll have to plan around having to be on the east side next time, but I will definitely be back!
