I really dislike the Apple Store: 1.) They have a dumb policy where you have to make an appointment even for a minor tech question. They will literally refuse to help you even if there is NO ONE waiting. Of course there are sales people who will SELL you something but if you pull out your product for tech help -- "Nope, please make an appointment even if you just need me to answer 1 teeny tiny question." 2.) So you make said appointment where they rush through your tech issues. Wait, didn't I make an appointment so you could spend the so called designated half-hour with me? I understand I won't be given a half-hour to start up a conversation about the craziness that is the Windows Store and my, what a rip-off of the Apple Store that place is...but please, can someone just spend like 15 minutes answering my questions. FAIL in customer service. 3.) I may be a germaphobe but all the hundreds of hands touching the products and no hand sanitizer in sight? YUCK. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I love Apple Products and have an iMac, Macbook Pro, and iPhone 4 but I loathe this store. So yes, it gets 3 stars because of Apple's fantastic products but only 3. I would rather order my stuff online and peruse the mac forums for help. PLUS: Valet is right outside... but who valets to go the Apple Store?
