I have to agree with Michael W.: the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought two appliances there and it has a been a saga lasting months, countless hours of my life on the phone either on hold or being transferred to someone ELSE who can't help me, waiting at home all day for their 6-hour delivery window, only to have no one show up, back on the phone being passed around to more customer service agents who want to pass the buck... etc. etc. My favourite was when I called after one of the no-shows (yes, there was more than one) and the agent I spoke with told me that the delivery had actually been made; I had been home all day and could verify that it had indeed not been made, but he was insistent, and finally said he'd have someone call me back (I'll let you guess whether they actually did). Clearly most of this is just venting to make myself feel better, but I hope you will learn from my mistakes and take away this lesson: save valuable hours of your life and DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT SEARS!
