This Midas location is fantastic and Lisa and Craig are so helpful and friendly! The warranty on my car just ran out and I needed new brakes and an oil change. My Dad told me to call Midas, so I did. When I called I realized they were much cheaper than the dealer and could fit me in that day!
They didn't have the parts for my car in stock but they received them quickly and did my front brakes, the oil change and rotated my tires. I was out of there in about an hour and a half. They had delicious coffee from the Keurig, so waiting wasn't that bad. I then came back on a Saturday to get the back brakes done and although they were very busy, I was out of there quickly!
Both Lisa and Craig explained everything that needed to be done on my car and unlike other car places, they didn't try and sell me into hundreds of dollars worth of stuff that I didn't need. They did however let me know when I'll need to come back in for roters and new tires.
I just moved to Scottsdale from San Diego so I've had to rely heavily on Yelp and some friends that I know, to help me know where to go, eat, etc. After looking on Yelp and receiving great service via the phone before I went in to Midas, I knew that I've have a fantastic experience here and I know that I'll be back sooner than later!
