This is the second time I've gone through David's Bridal for a bridesmaids dress & alterations. The first time I can't recall having any problems but dealing with his company now the second time, I've had enough. They have mixed up both my sister's dresses multiple times. When they ordered one of their dresses it arrived with stains and snags. They did end up giving her a discount for that dress but it would have been nice to know before it was ordered that it was in that condition so we could have ordered it through another store. They just called me saying my dress was ready and time to pick up so when I asked if they had openings tomorrow the girl had to place me on hold multiple times saying she doesn't have the apt book in front of her. Then someone else picks up asking why I'm calling! I said you called me, then had to go back over everything. She can't find me in system then original girl who calls me picks up and then tells me what time I can come in. They are so very unorganized and I never want to deal with this place again !
