We went for all you can eat sushi lunch special. My husband and his sister eat meat so they loved the menu options and the rolls they got. It was quite a variety. And the service was very quick and good. The rolls were coming out so fast. I would just say they for veggie sushi it's not the best place because there isn't much variety. I have been to numerous sushi places in California New York and Florida and they have a good variety of veggie sushi, ones where they use fried eggplant, or flavored tofu, or veggie tempura sushi, they just use different varieties of veggies and make them very flavorful and I haven't found a place like that in Vegas yet.
