After reading some reviews about this place i was worried....so i visited them for my self. There very busy and kinda understaffed but i waited around finally to be helped by Fay. He was okay answered my qustions. There secret is that they buy most of there cars from the US but there up front about it. I asked them about the process they buy a ton of inventory and that gives them buying power allowing them to sell for less. They have a TON!!! of cars its not a very organized place but it's really really busy! Finally i askede about all ther negative reviews online....Fay told me they sell about 160 CARS A MONTH!!! thats insane!! I think most of the negative reviews are coming from people who didnt get there way with price negotiations and are just bitter and bashful wich kinda sucks...The one thing I did not like was there prices are pretty frim. It kinda makes sence as to why some people leave bad reviews...I used to do that when i was a KID!!! I bought the Lexus its been Good! visit them for yourself!!! don't take what you read for anything people.
